European Bike Week 2009
European Bike Week is Europe’s biggest and best Harley party, and for the 12th time the tiny village of Faak in the Austrian province of Carinthia played host to the amazing event.
Running from the 8th – 13th of September we filmed the event in partnership with Archant Dialogue who deliver the videos on behalf of Harley Davidson via their HOG gallery website and via an online e-zine and emails.
As well as showing the activity in and around the event ground we also shot arial footage from a helicopter which helps portray the scale of the event.
H.O.G. European Rally – Jürmala, Latvia
The resort of Jürmala, just 9km east of Latvia’s capital, Riga, was buzzing with the thunder of Harleys as they rode the pretty promenade of Jomas street and partied under the canopy of the gigantic outdoor Dzintari concert hall.
We worked in partnership with Archant Dialogue to shoot the event and produce this short promotional video which was sent to over 100,000 Harley Owners Group members across Europe.
Within 5 days of returning from the event H.O.G. Europe were able to send their members this video along with 11 short videos featuring the winners of the shows Custom Bike competition.
Fujifilm F200EXR
Digital agency “Cluster Digital” hired us to shoot footage for a flash microsite they were developing for Fujifilm UK. Promoting Fujifilm’s F200EXR camera, part of the microsite shows the benefits of Fujifilms EXR technology by playing the video and then overlaying graphical elements to highlight certain aspects of the images produced by the camera.
We shot the footage using a 35mm adapter and nikon 35mm lenses to achieve the “film-like” look that Cluster digital required.

Insu product videos
Insu, a conservatory refurbishment & upgrade company asked us to produce sixteen product videos to be delivered on their website. We shot a mixture of external installation procedures and internal studio lit demonstrations.
The client wanted to use one of their employees to record the voiceover tracks which were all recorded on location using our high quality vocal microphone direct to camera.
Insu are currently working to add the video content to their website and have already told us that they are so pleased with the results that they are planning to have more videos produced by us in the future.
Compound archery DVD
We are currently producing a compound archery instructional DVD for Bowstring Media. The DVD is presented by Liam Grimwood & Neil Wakelin who are both members of the Great Britain compound archery team.
We shot the video at night using our Sony XDCAM-EX1 HD camera and lit the scene using our portable studio lighting rig. In order to achieve good quality audio we used a mixture of Boom mounted and wireless tie mics.
The DVD is currently at the final editing stage and we’ll post more news as it progresses.
